We are now looking for summer substitutes for the role of residential support worker at Tutemo and Traneberg during the summer vacation.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About the operations.
Tutemo is a training residence for young people with high-functioning autism aged 15 to 23 years. Tutemo accepts young people from all over the country within the framework of both LSS and SoL.
Traneberg is a student residence for young people with high-functioning autism aged 15 to 23 years with permission according to LSS.
The residences are located in Hagfors. We accept young people from all over the country within the framework of both LSS and SoL. We have a close collaboration with the school in Hagfors to solve the young people's schooling according to their wishes.
We strive to offer the young people an active leisure time, and there are great opportunities to utilize their own interests and experiences in the work. The residence is staffed around the clock, which means you should be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.
At both operations, you have a manager close to you who is available for support and guidance.
Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:
- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

A driving license B is a requirement.
